Mila Zelkha is a civic leader and social entrepreneur whose ventures, projects, initiatives, and conceptual design have helped transform marketplaces in service of local communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Zelkha received her BFA & B.Arch from Rhode Island School of Design and began her non-traditional architecture career focused on mainstreaming green design. She has brought innovation and creativity to the private, public, and nonprofit sectors and is a recipient of a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition.
